抓拍神手 隐私政策
抓拍神手是一个 iPhone 应用：把手机立在一边，它自动找到画面里的人，持续跟踪，留下最清楚的照片和短视频，拍完先预览再决定存不存进相册。这份政策说明它会接触到哪些信息、这些信息放在哪里。
一句话结论
所有工作都在你的手机上完成。应用不设账号，不接入任何统计、广告或崩溃上报工具，没有自己的服务器，不会把照片、视频、脸部信息或任何数据发送到手机以外的地方。
在手机上处理的内容
- 相机画面：抓拍时相机的画面交给苹果系统自带的图像识别（Vision 框架）找脸、打分。没有被留下的画面当场丢弃，不保存。
- 留下的照片和视频：存在应用自己的私有目录里（不参与 iCloud 备份），直到你在「待挑选」里保存到相册或删除。保存到相册之后由系统相册管理。
- 脸部信息：脸的位置、朝向、眼睛和嘴的轮廓点只用于当场判断「这一帧清不清楚、表情好不好」，不保存、不用来识别或记住某个人、不离开手机。
- 「按我存和删的选择调整排序」：开着时，应用记录你保存或删除某张照片时那张照片的几项分数（清晰度、笑容程度等几个数字），用来调整以后照片的先后。不含图像，只在手机上，设置里可以关掉、也可以清除记录。
- 诊断记录：设置「关于」里的「上次抓拍的记录」是一段文字（方向、帧率、留了几张等），只在手机上，不会自动发送给任何人。
需要的权限
- 相机：必需，用来找人和拍照。
- 麦克风：可选，只用于给短视频和实况照片录声音。不允许也能用，只是视频没有声音。
- 相册「添加」：把你选中的照片和视频保存到相册。保存时只添加，不读取相册里已有的内容。
- 相册完整访问：只在你使用「压缩相册」并点「删除原片」时需要，用来删掉已经压好的原片。
付费订阅
部分功能（保存压缩版、压缩相册）需要订阅。购买和续费全部由苹果的 App Store 处理，我们收不到你的姓名、卡号或 Apple 账户信息。苹果的隐私政策适用于购买过程。
儿童
这个应用面向家长，用来拍自己的孩子。应用不收集任何人（包括儿童）的个人信息，所有画面都留在你的手机上。
删除
在应用里删除照片和视频即可。卸载应用会一并删除它的私有目录和全部设置。已保存到相册的内容请在系统相册里删除。

Privacy Policy
抓拍神手 (“the app”) is an iPhone app that you prop up on a table: it finds the people in view, tracks them, keeps the sharpest photos and short clips, and lets you preview before saving anything to your photo library.
Summary
Everything happens on your device. The app has no accounts, no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs, and no server of its own. Photos, videos, face data and any other information never leave your phone.
What is processed on your device
- Camera frames are analyzed with Apple’s on-device Vision framework to find faces and score frames. Frames that are not kept are discarded immediately.
- Kept photos and clips are stored in the app’s private container (excluded from iCloud backup) until you save them to your photo library or delete them.
- Face geometry (position, pose, eye and mouth contours) is used only to score the current frame. It is not stored, not used to identify or remember anyone, and never leaves the device.
- The optional “learn from my choices” setting stores a few numeric scores (sharpness, smile, etc.) of photos you saved or deleted to reorder future photos. No images are stored. You can turn it off or clear it in Settings.
Permissions
- Camera: required.
- Microphone: optional, only to record audio for clips and Live Photos.
- Photos (add only): to save the items you choose.
- Photos (full access): only when you use “Compress Library” and choose to delete the originals.
Subscriptions
Some features require a subscription processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, payment details or Apple Account information.
Children
The app is made for parents photographing their own children. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
